As UK agents for Jiffy Steamer Co, the global leader of steaming equipment since 1940, we feel that our warranty should properly stand behind every product we craft. The Jiffy Steamer is precision-built, tested and inspected before leaving the factory in Union City, Tennessee.

Norris Steam Services (London) Ltd offer a 12 month warranty on Jiffy Steamers.

Each Jiffy Steamer is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for 12 months (1) year from date of purchase. Steam Hoses and Electrical Cords are excluded. If any part proves to be defective, this product will be repaired free of charge. This warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence, accidents or has not had routine cleaning and descaling maintenance. Such damage will be reconditioned at our standard repair services rate.

Norris Steam Services (London) Ltd shall not be in any manner responsible for any loss of revenue, incidental, special or consequential damages. All implied warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited in duration to 12 months (1 year) from date of original purchase.

Norris Steam Services (London) Ltd carry a full range of components should you Jiffy Steamer requires servicing or repairs.

Return Policy

Jiffy Steamer strives to manufacture the best steamers in the world. If our products do not meet your needs, you may return them in the original packing materials, along with a copy of the purchase receipt, to the following address:

We will issue a 100% merchandise refund if the unit is returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Units not returned in new condition may be subject to 30% handling fee or refused.

This return policy only applies to goods purchased directly from Norris Steam Services (London) Ltd and not other dealer return policies.
